With over 30-years of commercial, banking and taxation experience, Dudley’s role as a specialist advisor to growing businesses and international enterprises is founded on a broad base of skills & competences. He specialises in complex taxation advice, structuring, financing, exit strategies, management buyouts and trade sales.
Dudley’s unique set of skills and experiences also include Estate Planning, Superannuation, Tax audit management, Divorce and other personal/family-related events.
He advises other accounting firms and professionals in other industries seeking specialist taxation advice. Dudley’s client base is diverse, spanning an assortment of industries such as retail, property, manufacturing, construction, engineering and resources.

Mark has been an accounting professional for more than 30 years. Today he provides specialist taxation and advisory services to growing family and business groups. His areas of expertise include:

Mark also specialises in the self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) sector, offering advisory services to a large client-base of self-managed superannuation funds, trustees and members. He is registered with ASIC as a SMSF Auditor.
Mark’s superannuation services include:
- Advising on Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act compliance and contraventions issues
- Taxation reviews
- Structuring and planning advice
- Consultation on contribution strategies, retirement planning and strategies regarding the implementation of retirement products.
Mark is also pleased to offer SMSF consultancy, advice and auditing services to other accounting practices.

Luke is a Chartered Tax Advisor & Chartered Accountant and has more than 15 years career-experience working both for “Big Four” and boutique advisory companies in Australia and overseas.
As well as business advisory, taxation and superannuation, Luke specialises in international tax, R&D tax claims and administering private charity funds.
Luke likes to work closely with his clients, the majority of which are large, high-net-wealth family groups, international companies with Australian operations, and local businesses operating across a range of industries.

Fiona is a Chartered Tax Accountant, with over 15 years’ experience, providing taxation advice in the ‘Big 4’ environment to large corporate entities, including tax consolidation, corporate restructures and international taxation.
Fiona joined Trove in 2017 to undertake a tax technical assistance role and is committed to maintaining a high standard of continued professional development to the benefit of Trove Group staff and its clients. Fiona has expertise in Estate Planning and Taxation of Trusts, having presented to the Tax Institute.

Winny Young is a highly respected Client Manager at Trove. Since joining our team in 2021, Winny has been an invaluable asset, bringing over a decade of expertise in managing a diverse client portfolio spanning individuals, companies, and trusts.
Winny’s specialisation in small business entities is underscored by her extensive knowledge of local accounting regulations, fortified by her academic achievements including a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, an Advanced Diploma of Accounting, and accreditation from The Tax Institute.
However, Winny’s contributions extend far beyond her professional acumen. Winny has developed a strong relationship with her clients and is also a highly regarded mentor for many of our younger staff. Together with her quick wit and very contagious smile, Winny is an enormous asset to our team dynamic.
